Initiate Your Request

Log into your MRY Optics account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Items

Securely place the eyewear, original protective case, and cleaning cloth back into the original shipping box to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
